"On April 21 on my way to the loughlin River Run, the right brake caliper mount on on my 2010 Ualtra Limited broke causing the caliper to brake lose. After securing the the caliper Icontiued on to loughlin (about 100 miles), after getting to my hotel I called Mother Road HD service dept (David)and told him of my plight. He advised me to haved towed in and they would check it out. THe next morning I got the bike towed in (about 8:30 AM) and they got right on it,after checking things out David informed me that they would take a lower fork off another bike to get me going, about 15 min. later david advices me they have a new lower fork in stock so the job will be even faster. By 1 PM David and the service techs had me on the road and headed back to Run. Great Job.

"I want to give a big thank-you to the 2 ladies at the check out counter. I passed thru your store a week or so ago on a 5,500 mile trip on my Ultra Classic. I had driven thru death valley the day before and was sun burnt pretty bad and in dire need of a light colored long sleeve shirt. I saw your billboard and decided to stop at your store and buy one. After picking out the one I wanted I walked up to the check out counter to pay for it. The 2 ladies behind the counter started talking to me like they had known me their whole lives and like I had just purchased a new bike from them. They recommended that I take Route 66 on my way to the Grand Canyon instead of the Interstate. They told me it would take about 15 minutes more but it was much better scenery. I took their advice and I have to say that it was one of the nicest parts of the whole trip. All I can say is Thank-you ladies "You Rock". Mike Diehl "

"On June 4th near Williams I developed a leak in the front tire of my Goldwing as I was returning to California from Washington, DC, as part of the Run For The Wall. The local independent shop owner in Williams recommended your facility and called to confirm that you had a replacement tire. Due to a dispatching problem by my insurance company my bike was not transported to Kingman until about 9PM. The following morning I was at your place when it opened and thanks to Paul, Dawnia and eventually Robert Lemon, I was heading back to California by 10:30. I appreciate their attitude, their professionalism and how they jumped right on my problem to resolve it promptly. The follow-up call by Paul a few days later was the icing on the cake. Great customer service!"

"I am from Ca and was in Lauglin on my way to El Mirage, Arizona when we stop in to this HD store to see the bikes. While browsing I got a emergancy call where I needed a FAX machine, I looked into this office where a guy was there talking with others ,I excuse myself for the interuption and
explained my emergancy for a Fax machine he walked me over to another office and told the lady to fix me up with what ever I needed. I was able to complete what I needed to do ( I was hundreds of mile away home) and I
was able to do it with his/her generous help. I cant belive how good the hospitally was that I received that day - All my friends now own a Kingman HD shirt and when I get the chance I let all know how good a place this is.. "

"Totally impressed by everyone at Mother Road HD!! On cross country trip from Florida to California we broke down on a Sunday evening outside of Kingman. Tony Campbell (General Manager) came out at 8:30PM to open up so Mother Road could begin diagnosing the problem first thing Monday morning.
Brian expertly and quickly checked our motor and found we needed to have some extensive work done. Brian did a fantastic job and the rest of our trip went off with a hitch. Throughout the process, Paul Johnson in Service kept us advised of progress and Donya made sure all the parts arrived on time.
The motorclothes staff was awesome as well. Tony has put together one heck of a great team!
We have visited HD dealers across the country. Which one is the best? Well Mother Road, of course!! Thanks gang!

"This is my second Harley Davidson Motorcycle I have purchased from Mother Road this year. This used (yellow) 2000 Heritage softail classic was for my wife. I can not say enough good things about Mark Girvin in sales and Shirlene McQuiddy the business manager. Mark went out of his way to answer all my wife's questions, and get us the best price on her trade in. His knowledge of the motorcycle and his help with the purchase was wonderful.
Shirlene went way out of her way to make my wife feel comfortable about the bike she was purchasing. Shirlene even came outside where my wife was to congradulate her on her purchase. "I had a flat tire over the Labor day weekend. The service department put my bike in the shop first thing friday morning and got me back out on the rode. My twin grandsons and I collect zero balance gift cards from various Harley Davidson dealerships worldwide and we currently have 110 different Harley cards in our collection! We would love to have a card from every state.

"I'm in the process of trying to purchase a new 2008 HD FLSTC, but at this time, not getting the the service from the sales dept that I have gotten from other HD dealers in the past in other states. I know they are trying to get the information needed, but it just seems like you don't have enough sales people for as many customers you have. They are having to work with to many customers at the same time, not giving a customer their full attention. Jumping from you to someone else then 15 minutes later back to you."

"Reagan (salesman) is the best at really understand likes and dislikes concerning my purchase of a 2007 Soft Tail Custom. I started out by looking at a Dyna and as soon as I said I might be interested in a different bike, Reagan’s comment was the softail. I understand the rating only goes to five stars and from my experience I would give a 10 star rating! I am a professional and was treated in a professional manner. There is no pressure sales tactics are wonderful and help with accessories uncompromised. This is my 2nd Harley 72 XLCH and from my view this was the best experience in many years and look forward to dealing with Mothers in the future.
